Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
  • Depart from Singapore to Kathmandu on your preferred airline. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu.

    If time permits, enjoy a visit to a local market, offering a glimpse into everyday Nepali life and an opportunity to explore local products and souvenirs.

  • After breakfast, we begin our Kathmandu city sightseeing tour with a visit to the iconic Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple. This 2,500-year-old Buddhist stupa, perched atop a hill, offers breathtaking panoramic views of Kathmandu City and is one of the oldest and most sacred monuments in Nepal. The stupa was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979.

    The tour provides insight into Nepal’s rich cultural, religious, and architectural heritage, making it an unforgettable experience.

    Return to the hotel after sightseeing. Lunch, dinner, and overnight stay in Kathmandu.

  • After breakfast, we depart Kathmandu for a scenic drive to Pokhara, approximately 200 kilometers west of the capital. The journey takes about 5–6 hours, passing through picturesque countryside, river valleys, and charming rural settlements.

    Pokhara, the second-largest city in Nepal, is renowned for its natural beauty. Upon arrival, enjoy breathtaking views of the Annapurna Mountain Range, reflected in the tranquil waters of Fewa Lake. Surrounded by majestic Himalayan panoramas, Pokhara offers a perfect blend of mountain scenery and lakeside serenity.

  • After breakfast, enjoy a short drive to Phedi, the starting point of our trek. From here, begin a scenic trek of approximately 3 hours to Dhampus Village, walking through terraced fields and gentle forest trails.

    On clear days, the trail rewards you with beautiful valley views and stunning backdrops of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Mountain) and the surrounding Annapurna range. Upon arrival in Dhampus, enjoy lunch and spend the afternoon strolling around the village, experiencing local culture and mountain life.

  • The day begins early with a spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas, offering unforgettable views of the Annapurna range from Dhampus Village. After enjoying breakfast at the guesthouse, we start our journey towards Sarangkot via Naudada.

    The trek is easy and scenic, taking approximately 5 hours, passing through charming villages, terraced farmland, and forested trails. For guests who prefer a more relaxed option, local transportation can be arranged for part of the route.

    Upon arrival at Sarangkot Hill (1,610 m), you will be rewarded with panoramic views of Pokhara Valley and majestic Himalayan peaks, including the iconic Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Peak), Annapurna South, and Dhaulagiri on clear days.

  • Wake up early in the morning and walk to the Sarangkot hilltop (1,610 m) to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the snow-capped Himalayas. From this vantage point, enjoy panoramic views of the Annapurna range, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and the Pokhara Valley below.

    After returning for breakfast, we drive down to Pokhara and check in to the hotel. Following a short rest, we begin a half-day sightseeing tour of Pokhara Valley, often referred to as the “Magic Land” or “Dreamland” of Nepal due to its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere.

    The city tour includes visits to:

    • Devi’s Fall, a unique underground waterfall

    • Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, a sacred cave temple dedicated to Lord Shiva

    • Tibetan Refugee Camp, offering insight into Tibetan culture and handicrafts

    The remainder of the day is free to relax and enjoy the lakeside ambiance of Pokhara.

  • After breakfast, depart Pokhara for Kathmandu. You may choose a scenic 5–6 hour drive by coach or a quick 35-minute domestic flight (USD 110, optional). The journey offers views of rivers, valleys, and rural landscapes along the way.

    Upon arrival in Kathmandu, check in to your hotel. This is the final day of the tour, and the evening is free to explore nearby markets and shop for souvenirs, handicrafts, and local products.

    Enjoy dinner at the hotel and overnight stay in Kathmandu, reflecting on your memorable journey through Nepal’s mountains, valleys, and cultural treasures.

  • Today is free and easy until your transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward flight home.

    For those interested, optional activities can be arranged in the morning, such as the Mount Everest View Helicopter Flight, providing a spectacular aerial view of the Himalayas and the world’s highest peak.

By booking with Brothers International Tours & Trading Pte Ltd (the Company), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with us and covers liability limitations and cancellation policies.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes. We will not disclose or sell your information to third parties.

Trip Booking

A contract is formed when you receive a written confirmation after paying the deposit. Check your booking details carefully and notify us of any errors. The name on your booking must match your passport exactly.

Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow.

Cancellation Policy

Over 180 days before departure: No charge

180-90 days: 10% charge

90-30 days: 30% charge

30-15 days: 50% charge

15-7 days: 80% charge

Less than 7 days: No refund

No refunds for unused services or voluntary trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Health and Fitness

You must assess your health and fitness before booking. Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from medical conditions or inability to complete the trip.

Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is mandatory. We recommend comprehensive coverage for all aspects of the trip.

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather, medical issues, or flight delays. Brothers Team reserves the right to modify the schedule.

Visa and Passport

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. It’s your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas. Brothers Team is not responsible for visa issues.

We are not liable for injuries or health conditions during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes medical and evacuation coverage.

No refunds or discounts for missed services, including illness, injury, or early departure.
