Assemble at Changi International Airport for your flight with Singapore Airlines. Connect via Delhi en route to Almaty. Upon arrival at Almaty International Airport, complete immigration and customs formalities.

You will be met by an English-speaking guide holding a placard with your name and transferred to your hotel for check-in. The evening is at leisure to relax after your journey.

Morning: Take a scenic ride on the Shymbulak Cable Car, enjoying panoramic views of the Tien Shan Mountains and the surrounding alpine landscapes. Explore the resort area and its stunning mountainous backdrop.

  • Park of 28 Panfilov Heroes, a memorial park honoring local soldiers

The lake is situated at an altitude of 1,760 meters above sea level, in the Issyk Gorge of the Trans-Ili Alatau, approximately 70 km east of Almaty. Spend time enjoying the natural beauty, taking photographs, and exploring the area.

Return to Almaty in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, depart Almaty for the countryside en route to Saty Village. On the way, visit the remarkable Valley of the Castles in Charyn National Park, known for its dramatic rock formations shaped over centuries.

Take a walk down the stairs into the Valley of the Castles and enjoy a flat trek along the Charyn River for approximately 50 minutes one way. Along the trail, admire the vivid colors and unique natural formations, perfect for photography and discovering the avant-garde designs sculpted by nature over centuries.

After exploring the canyon, continue to Saty Village for overnight stay.

Morning: Begin the day with a visit to the stunning Charyn Canyon, exploring its dramatic rock formations and capturing the unique landscapes of this natural wonder.

Afternoon: Transfer to the Kegen border to cross into Kyrgyzstan. Complete border formalities, where you will be met by your local Kyrgyz guide and driver. Continue the drive to Karakol Town (approximately 110 km, 2.5 hours).

Evening: Enjoy a special dinner with a Dungan family, experiencing 11 types of traditional Dungan dishes. The Dungans are Chinese Muslim people who settled in Central Asia over 150 years ago, and this meal offers an authentic cultural and culinary experience.

After breakfast, depart Karakol for a day trip to Jyrgalan Village, a small settlement in the far east of Kyrgyzstan at the foot of the Tien Shan Mountains.

Once a prosperous coal-mining village, Jyrgalan—affectionately called “Shaktar” (Russian for “mine”) by locals—provided employment for many during the Soviet era. Although the mine has been closed since the fall of the Soviet Union, the village remains charming and welcoming, offering visitors a glimpse into rural Kyrgyz life and traditional mountain culture.

Return to Karakol Town in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Trekking and adventure tours in the Himalayan regions carry inherent risks, including severe weather, injury, or even death. While we take every precaution, accidents may still happen. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Please read the following conditions carefully:

By booking with Brothers International Tours & Trading Pte Ltd (the Company), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with us and covers liability limitations and cancellation policies.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes. We will not disclose or sell your information to third parties.

Trip Booking

A contract is formed when you receive a written confirmation after paying the deposit. Check your booking details carefully and notify us of any errors. The name on your booking must match your passport exactly.

Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow.

Cancellation Policy

Over 180 days before departure: No charge

180-90 days: 10% charge

90-30 days: 30% charge

30-15 days: 50% charge

15-7 days: 80% charge

Less than 7 days: No refund

No refunds for unused services or voluntary trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Health and Fitness

You must assess your health and fitness before booking. Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from medical conditions or inability to complete the trip.

Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is mandatory. We recommend comprehensive coverage for all aspects of the trip.

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather, medical issues, or flight delays. Brothers Team reserves the right to modify the schedule.

Visa and Passport

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. It’s your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas. Brothers Team is not responsible for visa issues.

Injuries and Evacuation

We are not liable for injuries or health conditions during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes medical and evacuation coverage.

Unused Services

No refunds or discounts for missed services, including illness, injury, or early departure.

Responsible Tourism

We promote responsible tourism and expect travelers to respect local communities and the environment.
