Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu (around 16:00 hrs). Meet and greet by your guide and transfer to your hotel. Rest, freshen up, and enjoy the first evening in the vibrant city of Kathmandu. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After an early breakfast, take a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860 m), the gateway to the Everest region. Upon arrival in Lukla, begin the trek towards Phakding (2,652 m), passing through small Sherpa villages, suspension bridges, and lush forests along the Dudh Koshi River. Enjoy the natural beauty and prepare for the journey ahead. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Phakding.

Arrive in Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) in the afternoon. Spend time exploring the local markets, cafes, and shops, and enjoy the first views of Mount Everest and Ama Dablam. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Namche Bazaar.

After breakfast, continue trekking from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3,867 m). The trail gradually ascends through rhododendron forests, traditional Sherpa villages, and terraced fields, offering stunning views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Everest.

Upon arrival in Tyangboche, visit the famous Tyangboche Monastery, the largest gompa in the Khumbu region, set against the backdrop of the Himalayas. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Tyangboche.

Arrive in Lobuche, a small settlement serving as a stopover for Everest Base Camp trekkers, and check in at a teahouse. The afternoon is for rest and acclimatization, preparing for the final push towards Everest Base Camp. Overnight stay in Lobuche.

After breakfast, trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170 m), a small settlement near the base of Kala Patthar and Everest Base Camp. The trail passes along the glacial moraine of the Khumbu Glacier and offers spectacular views of Nuptse, Pumori, and Lingtren.

Upon arrival in Gorak Shep, check in at a teahouse and rest to acclimatize and prepare for the trek to Everest Base Camp tomorrow. Overnight stay at Gorak Shep.

Wake up early and trek from Gorak Shep to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m / 17,598 ft). The trail leads along the Khumbu Glacier, passing tents of mountaineers and base camp facilities.

Spend time at Everest Base Camp, capturing photos and soaking in the incredible atmosphere of this iconic Himalayan destination. After exploring, descend back to Gorak Shep for overnight stay, resting and enjoying the surrounding views of Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse.

Wake up early for a pre-dawn hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 m), the famous viewpoint offering breathtaking panoramic views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Pumori. The sunrise from Kala Patthar is unforgettable, making the strenuous climb truly worthwhile.

After taking in the stunning Himalayan vistas and photos, descend back to Gorak Shep for a short rest and continue trekking down to Lobuche for overnight stay at a teahouse.

Upon arrival in Tyangboche, visit the Tyangboche Monastery if missed earlier, and relax while enjoying the serene Himalayan surroundings. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Tyangboche.

After breakfast, begin your trek down from Tyangboche to Jorsalle (2,740 m). The trail descends through rhodo­dendron and pine forests, crossing suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River. Along the way, enjoy stunning mountain views and glimpses of local Sherpa villages.

Arrive in Jorsalle, a small settlement near Namche Bazaar, and check in at your teahouse for the night. Take time to rest and recover after several days at high altitudes.

After breakfast, trek from Jorsalle back to Lukla (2,860 m), the starting point of your Everest region adventure. The trail passes through forests, villages, and bridges, allowing you to reflect on the incredible journey through the Khumbu region.

Arrive in Lukla in the afternoon, check in at a teahouse, and celebrate the completion of your trek. Overnight stay in Lukla.

After an early breakfast, take a scenic flight from Lukla to Ramechhap, enjoying aerial views of the Himalayas and the Khumbu region. Upon arrival at Ramechhap, drive for approximately 3–4 hours to Kathmandu through picturesque countryside, rivers, and small villages.

Arrive in Kathmandu, check in at your hotel, and spend the evening relaxing or exploring the city. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.

After breakfast, enjoy free time in Kathmandu for last-minute shopping, sightseeing, or relaxing at your hotel. Later, transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight back home, carrying wonderful memories of your Everest Base Camp via Gokyo Valley Trek.

Trekking and adventure tours in the Himalayan regions carry inherent risks, including severe weather, injury, or even death. While we take every precaution, accidents may still happen. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Please read the following conditions carefully:

By booking with Brothers International Tours & Trading Pte Ltd (the Company), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with us and covers liability limitations and cancellation policies.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes. We will not disclose or sell your information to third parties.

Trip Booking

A contract is formed when you receive a written confirmation after paying the deposit. Check your booking details carefully and notify us of any errors. The name on your booking must match your passport exactly.

Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow.

Cancellation Policy

Over 180 days before departure: No charge

180-90 days: 10% charge

90-30 days: 30% charge

30-15 days: 50% charge

15-7 days: 80% charge

Less than 7 days: No refund

No refunds for unused services or voluntary trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Health and Fitness

You must assess your health and fitness before booking. Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from medical conditions or inability to complete the trip.

Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is mandatory. We recommend comprehensive coverage for all aspects of the trip.

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather, medical issues, or flight delays. Brothers Team reserves the right to modify the schedule.

Visa and Passport

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. It’s your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas. Brothers Team is not responsible for visa issues.

Injuries and Evacuation

We are not liable for injuries or health conditions during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes medical and evacuation coverage.

Unused Services

No refunds or discounts for missed services, including illness, injury, or early departure.

Responsible Tourism

We promote responsible tourism and expect travelers to respect local communities and the environment.
