Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu around 16:00 hrs, where you will be warmly welcomed by your guide and Brothers Team representative. After clearing airport formalities, transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu.

In the evening, enjoy a welcome briefing and dinner at the hotel or a nearby restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel, preparing for the adventure ahead.

After an early breakfast, transfer to Kathmandu Airport for a scenic morning flight to Lukla (2,860 m), the gateway to the Everest region. Upon arrival, meet your trekking crew and begin your first day of trekking.

Trek from Lukla to Phakding (2,610 m), following the Dudh Koshi River through lush forests and charming Sherpa villages. The trail is relatively gentle, allowing you to acclimatize gradually while enjoying the serene Himalayan scenery.

Upon arrival in Phakding, check in at a teahouse or lodge, enjoy dinner, and rest overnight.

After breakfast, continue your trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m), the vibrant Sherpa town and hub of the Khumbu region. The trek takes approximately 5–6 hours, crossing suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River and passing through small villages, prayer wheels, and mani walls.

Namche Bazaar offers a bustling market, traditional Sherpa culture, and stunning views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Upon arrival, check in at a teahouse, enjoy dinner, and rest overnight.

After breakfast, continue trekking from Namche Bazaar to Phortse Thangna (3,780 m). The trail passes through rhodo-dendron forests, terraced fields, and traditional Sherpa villages, gradually ascending with stunning views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks.

Phortse Thangna is a peaceful village, ideal for an overnight stop, allowing trekkers to rest and acclimatize further before ascending to higher elevations. Check in at a teahouse or lodge, enjoy dinner, and overnight stay.

From the summit of Gokyo Ri, enjoy 360-degree vistas of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, and the surrounding Himalayan peaks, along with the stunning turquoise Gokyo Lakes below. This hike helps your body acclimatize to higher altitudes and provides an unforgettable Himalayan experience.

Descend back to Gokyo village in the afternoon. Rest, enjoy dinner, and overnight stay at a teahouse.

Dzongla is a small teahouse settlement, providing a resting point for trekkers before crossing higher passes. The afternoon can be used for rest, light exploration, and acclimatization. Dinner and overnight stay at a teahouse.

After breakfast, trek from Dzongla to Gorak Shep (5,160 m), following a scenic trail along moraines and glacial landscapes. Gorak Shep is the last settlement before Everest Base Camp, situated near the Khumbu Glacier.

Upon arrival, check in at a teahouse or lodge. The afternoon can be used for rest, acclimatization, and light exploration, preparing for the summit trek to Everest Base Camp tomorrow. Dinner and overnight stay at Gorak Shep.

After an early breakfast, embark on the trek from Gorak Shep to Everest Base Camp (EBC, 5,364 m). The trail passes along the Khumbu Glacier, offering unparalleled views of Everest, Nuptse, and Lhotse.

Spend time at Everest Base Camp, taking in the legendary mountaineering site and capturing memories of this iconic Himalayan destination. After exploring, descend back to Gorak Shep for rest, acclimatization, and overnight stay at a teahouse.

After soaking in the spectacular scenery, descend to Gorak Shep for lunch and continue trekking down to Lobuche (4,910 m) for an overnight stay at a teahouse.

After breakfast, take a short scenic flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, offering breathtaking aerial views of the Himalayan peaks, glaciers, and valleys. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to your hotel for check-in.

The afternoon is free for shopping, sightseeing, or relaxing. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.

By booking with Brothers International Tours & Trading Pte Ltd (the Company), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with us and covers liability limitations and cancellation policies.

Privacy Policy

Trip Booking

A contract is formed when you receive a written confirmation after paying the deposit. Check your booking details carefully and notify us of any errors. The name on your booking must match your passport exactly.

Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow.

Cancellation Policy

Over 180 days before departure: No charge

180-90 days: 10% charge

90-30 days: 30% charge

30-15 days: 50% charge

15-7 days: 80% charge

Less than 7 days: No refund

No refunds for unused services or voluntary trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Health and Fitness

You must assess your health and fitness before booking. Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from medical conditions or inability to complete the trip.

Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is mandatory. We recommend comprehensive coverage for all aspects of the trip.

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather, medical issues, or flight delays. Brothers Team reserves the right to modify the schedule.

Visa and Passport

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. It’s your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas. Brothers Team is not responsible for visa issues.

Injuries and Evacuation

We are not liable for injuries or health conditions during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes medical and evacuation coverage.

No refunds or discounts for missed services, including illness, injury, or early departure.
