    Depart from Singapore on an international flight to Delhi. Meals will be served on board. Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport at approximately 20:00 hrs, proceed through immigration and customs formalities.

    After clearing arrival procedures, you will be warmly welcomed by your local guide. Transfer to your hotel for check-in and overnight stay.

    After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the domestic terminal for your flight to Srinagar, the summer capital of Kashmir, beautifully located at the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains.

    Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, receive a traditional Kashmiri warm welcome. You will then be transferred by car to the jetty, followed by a charming Shikara (gondola) ride across the serene waters of Dal Lake to reach your Deluxe Houseboat.

    In the evening, return to the houseboat to relax and enjoy dinner.

    After an early breakfast, depart for a scenic excursion to Sonamarg, aptly known as the “Meadow of Gold.” Located at an altitude of approximately 8,900 feet above sea level, Sonamarg lies about 86 km from Srinagar, with a drive time of around 2 hours one way.

    The journey to Sonamarg follows the beautiful Sindh River, offering breathtaking views of lush valleys, snow-capped peaks, and alpine landscapes. This route is also popularly referred to as the Sindh Valley Tour, renowned for its natural splendor.

    After lunch, return to Srinagar. In the evening, relax and enjoy dinner.

    If you are not too tired, you may choose to cover some Delhi sightseeing either this evening or the following morning, including India Gate, Parliament House, Presidential Palace (Rashtrapati Bhavan), Lotus Temple, and Raj Ghat. Otherwise, these sights can be visited the next day before departing for Agra after breakfast.

By booking with Brothers International Tours & Trading Pte Ltd (the Company), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with us and covers liability limitations and cancellation policies.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes. We will not disclose or sell your information to third parties.

Trip Booking

A contract is formed when you receive a written confirmation after paying the deposit. Check your booking details carefully and notify us of any errors. The name on your booking must match your passport exactly.

Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow.

Cancellation Policy

Over 180 days before departure: No charge

180-90 days: 10% charge

90-30 days: 30% charge

30-15 days: 50% charge

15-7 days: 80% charge

Less than 7 days: No refund

No refunds for unused services or voluntary trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Health and Fitness

You must assess your health and fitness before booking. Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from medical conditions or inability to complete the trip.

Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is mandatory. We recommend comprehensive coverage for all aspects of the trip.

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather, medical issues, or flight delays. Brothers Team reserves the right to modify the schedule.

Visa and Passport

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. It’s your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas. Brothers Team is not responsible for visa issues.

Injuries and Evacuation

We are not liable for injuries or health conditions during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes medical and evacuation coverage.

No refunds or discounts for missed services, including illness, injury, or early departure.
