Day 1: Hanoi – Arrival

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi, you will be met and transferred to the city center.

Begin your morning city tour with visits to some of Hanoi’s most iconic landmarks:

Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and Ho Chi Minh Museum (Please note: Mausoleum is closed on Monday, Friday, and throughout October–November)
Ho Chi Minh’s House on Stilts, offering insight into his life and leadership
One-Pillar Pagoda, an iconic symbol of Hanoi’s heritage
Tran Quoc Pagoda, a beautiful Buddhist temple located on West Lake and one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam
Temple of Literature, built in the 11th century as Vietnam’s first university, showcasing Confucian architecture and history

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing with your sightseeing. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant, followed by transfer to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay Cruise

Meals: Breakfast / Seafood Lunch / Dinner

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Halong Bay, located approximately 165 km east of Hanoi. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Halong Bay—known in Vietnamese as “Dragon Descending to the Sea”—is famous for its more than 1,000 limestone islets rising dramatically from emerald waters, many featuring stunning grottoes and caves.

At noon, board a traditional wooden junk boat for a scenic cruise around Halong Bay. Enjoy the breathtaking seascape, sail past towering limestone formations, and explore the natural beauty of the bay.

Lunch is served on board featuring fresh seafood, allowing you to savor local flavors while taking in the spectacular surroundings. In the evening, enjoy dinner and relax on the boat or at your hotel in Halong Bay.

Day 3: Halong – Hanoi / Lao Cai (Sapa)

Meals: Breakfast / Seafood Brunch / Dinner

Morning: Wake up on board to cakes, fruits, tea, and coffee while enjoying the tranquil scenery of Halong Bay. Continue the cruise through the bay, taking in the limestone islets and grottoes.

09:30: Check out of your cabin and enjoy an international buffet brunch, concluding by 11:00.

11:00: Disembark at Halong Pier and transfer back to Hanoi. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Dinner is served at a local restaurant.

Evening: Transfer to Hanoi Train Station for your overnight journey to Lao Cai. Travel in shared sleeping compartments on the regular public train (2 lower and 2 upper berths per compartment). Relax and rest as you travel toward Sapa.

Day 4: Lao Cai – Sapa Tour (Cat Cat & Sin Chai Villages)

Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

Early Morning: Approx. 05:30, arrive at Lao Cai, the border town near Yunnan, China. Transfer to Sapa via winding mountain roads. On clear days, enjoy panoramic views of Fansipan Mountain, the highest peak in Indochina, along the route.

Morning: Visit Sapa Market, a vibrant hub where the Red Dao, Black Hmong, Tay, and Xa Pho ethnic minorities gather from surrounding mountainsides and valleys to sell goods and buy provisions. Experience the lively atmosphere and local culture firsthand.

Afternoon: Explore the traditional Cat Cat Village, known for its picturesque setting, terraced fields, and handicrafts. Continue to Sin Chai Village, home to the Black Hmong community, where you can observe daily life, traditional houses, and local customs.

Return to Sapa for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Sapa – Trek to Lao Chai & Ta Van Villages – Return to Lao Cai

Meals: Breakfast / Picnic Lunch / Dinner

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and leave your luggage at the hotel lobby. Begin your trekking adventure down into the Sapa Valley:

Lao Chai Village: Explore the home of the Tay and Day ethnic minorities, learning about their daily lives, traditional crafts, and local customs.
Continue trekking through scenic valley paths to Ta Van Village, inhabited by the Dzay minority, considered one of the most picturesque villages in the region. Enjoy the breathtaking terraced rice fields, lush landscapes, and mountain views along the way.

Lunch: Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the stunning valley scenery.

In the late afternoon, trek back to Sapa and transfer to Lao Cai for your evening journey. Dinner and overnight stay in Lao Cai.

Day 6: Lao Cai – Hanoi – Tam Coc

Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

Morning: Depart from Lao Cai and travel to Tam Coc, often called “Halong Bay on Land” due to its stunning limestone karsts rising dramatically from lush rice paddies.

Board a traditional boat and enjoy a scenic cruise along the winding Ngo Dong River, passing through Tam Coc caves and soaking in the spectacular landscapes. Visit Bich Dong Pagoda, a serene Buddhist temple nestled among the limestone formations.

Lunch: Enjoy a meal at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Transfer back to Hanoi. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before checking in to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 7: Hanoi – Departure

Trekking and adventure tours in the Himalayan regions carry inherent risks, including severe weather, injury, or even death. While we take every precaution, accidents may still happen. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Please read the following conditions carefully:

By booking with Brothers International Tours & Trading Pte Ltd (the Company), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with us and covers liability limitations and cancellation policies.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes. We will not disclose or sell your information to third parties.

Trip Booking

A contract is formed when you receive a written confirmation after paying the deposit. Check your booking details carefully and notify us of any errors. The name on your booking must match your passport exactly.

Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow.

Cancellation Policy

Over 180 days before departure: No charge

180-90 days: 10% charge

90-30 days: 30% charge

30-15 days: 50% charge

15-7 days: 80% charge

Less than 7 days: No refund

No refunds for unused services or voluntary trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Health and Fitness

You must assess your health and fitness before booking. Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from medical conditions or inability to complete the trip.

Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is mandatory. We recommend comprehensive coverage for all aspects of the trip.

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather, medical issues, or flight delays. Brothers Team reserves the right to modify the schedule.

Visa and Passport

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. It’s your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas. Brothers Team is not responsible for visa issues.

Injuries and Evacuation

We are not liable for injuries or health conditions during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes medical and evacuation coverage.

Unused Services

No refunds or discounts for missed services, including illness, injury, or early departure.

Responsible Tourism
