Day 1: Singapore – Arrival in Kolkata

Assemble at Changi Airport, Terminal 3 for your flight to Kolkata, India. Upon arrival, you will be warmly met and greeted by our local representative, followed by a comfortable transfer to your hotel. Check in and relax after your journey. Overnight stay in Kolkata.

Day 02: Kolkata – Bagdogra ✈ Gangtok (Approx. 4 hrs drive)

Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Bagdogra. Upon arrival, you will be met and welcomed by our tour guide, followed by a scenic drive to Gangtok, winding through lush tea gardens and picturesque mountain landscapes.

Arrive in Gangtok and check in to your hotel. Enjoy dinner and relax with an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Gangtok City Tour

Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

After breakfast, proceed for a guided sightseeing tour of Gangtok. Begin with a visit to the Institute of Handloom & Handicraft Centre, where you can observe skilled trainees, artists, and craftsmen creating exquisite traditional handicraft products. The institute also houses a museum on the first floor, showcasing rare and antique collections crafted by legendary artisans of Sikkim.

Next, visit the scenic Tashi View Point, an ideal spot to admire sweeping views of the surrounding mountains, lush valleys, and Gangtok town, renowned for its spectacular sunrise and sunset vistas.

After sightseeing, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 04: Gangtok – Excursion to Tsomgo (Changu) Lake – Gangtok

After breakfast, embark on an excursion to Tsomgo Lake, also known as Changu Lake. Situated at an altitude of 12,400 feet, this pristine glacial lake offers a striking contrast to Gangtok, which lies at 5,500 feet. As you ascend, observe the dramatic change in vegetation and landscape, showcasing the remarkable altitudinal diversity of the Eastern Himalayas.

Located approximately 40 km from Gangtok in East Sikkim, Tsomgo Lake is revered for its natural beauty and serene surroundings. After enjoying the breathtaking views, return to Gangtok.

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05: Gangtok – Lachen (Approx. 6 hrs drive)

Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

After breakfast, drive from Gangtok to Lachen (approx. 128 km / 6 hours), journeying through scenic mountain roads. En route, stop to admire the cascading Seven Sisters Waterfalls and enjoy panoramic views at the Singhik Kanchenjunga View Point.

Perched at an altitude of 8,838 feet, Lachen is a quaint tribal village located in one of the most remote and pristine regions of Sikkim. Surrounded by snow-clad Himalayan peaks, the village offers breathtaking natural beauty and a tranquil atmosphere—truly one of Sikkim’s hidden gems.

Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Lachen.

Day 06: Lachen – Thangu Valley & Chopta Valley Excursion

Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

After breakfast, drive from Lachen to Thangu Valley, covering approximately 19 km. En route, take a short detour of about 3 km to visit the breathtaking Chopta Valley, often regarded as Lachen’s most shining gem.

Nestled at an altitude of around 4,023 meters, Chopta Valley lies on the route to the famed Gurudongmar Lake. Despite being a popular attraction, it remains pristine, peaceful, and remarkably unspoiled, offering mesmerizing views of alpine meadows and snow-draped landscapes.

Continue to Thangu Valley, a tranquil high-altitude settlement located at approximately 3,962 meters. Owing to its elevation, the valley remains blanketed in snow for most of the year, creating a surreal and serene Himalayan experience.

After sightseeing, return for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 07: Early Morning Excursion to Yumthang Valley – Lachung

Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

Early in the morning, drive to the breathtaking Yumthang Valley, one of North Sikkim’s most spectacular natural attractions. Situated at an altitude of 3,564 meters (11,693 ft), Yumthang is a pristine nature sanctuary adorned with a flowing river, natural hot springs, grazing yaks, and vast rolling meadows, all set against the dramatic backdrop of the Himalayan mountain ranges.

Fondly known as the “Valley of Flowers,” Yumthang is home to the renowned Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary, which boasts over 24 species of rhododendrons, the state flower of Sikkim. During the blooming season from late February to mid-June, the valley transforms into a vibrant carpet of multicolored blossoms, creating a truly magical spectacle.

After exploring the valley, continue your journey to Lachung. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 08: Lachung – Chungthang – Gangtok (Approx. 6 hrs drive)

Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

After breakfast, drive from Lachung back to Gangtok (approx. 126 km / 6 hours) via Chungthang, enjoying scenic Himalayan landscapes along the way.

Arrive in Gangtok by late afternoon and check in to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free at leisure to relax, explore nearby areas, or enjoy the peaceful mountain ambiance at your own pace.

Dinner and overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 09: Gangtok – Darjeeling (Approx. 110 km / 4 hrs drive)

Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

After breakfast, drive from Gangtok to Darjeeling, enjoying scenic views en route. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant before beginning your afternoon city tour (approx. 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM).

During the city tour, visit:

Darjeeling Zoo & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursdays)
Tea Gardens – stroll through lush estates
Tenzing Rock & Gombu Rock – iconic landmarks

Day 10: Darjeeling – Tiger Hill Sunrise – Bagdogra ✈ Kolkata – Singapore

Start your day early morning with a visit to the iconic Tiger Hill Sunrise Point, where you can witness the breathtaking sunrise over the Kanchenjunga and Himalayan peaks. En route, stop at the Batasia Loop, a unique railway spiral with panoramic mountain views, and visit the historic Ghoom Monastery (Timing: 4:00 AM – 7:30 AM).

Return to your hotel for breakfast, followed by free time to relax or explore Darjeeling at your leisure until lunch.

After lunch, drive to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) for your domestic flight to Kolkata, connecting to your onward flight back to Singapore, marking the conclusion of your scenic Sikkim & Darjeeling journey.

By booking with Brothers International Tours & Trading Pte Ltd (the Company), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with us and covers liability limitations and cancellation policies.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes. We will not disclose or sell your information to third parties.

Trip Booking

A contract is formed when you receive a written confirmation after paying the deposit. Check your booking details carefully and notify us of any errors. The name on your booking must match your passport exactly.

Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow.

Cancellation Policy

Over 180 days before departure: No charge

180-90 days: 10% charge

90-30 days: 30% charge

30-15 days: 50% charge

15-7 days: 80% charge

Less than 7 days: No refund

No refunds for unused services or voluntary trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Health and Fitness

You must assess your health and fitness before booking. Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from medical conditions or inability to complete the trip.

Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is mandatory. We recommend comprehensive coverage for all aspects of the trip.

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather, medical issues, or flight delays. Brothers Team reserves the right to modify the schedule.

Visa and Passport

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. It’s your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas. Brothers Team is not responsible for visa issues.

Injuries and Evacuation

We are not liable for injuries or health conditions during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes medical and evacuation coverage.

Unused Services

No refunds or discounts for missed services, including illness, injury, or early departure.
