Day 03: Thimphu Sightseeing

Begin with a visit to the National Memorial Chorten, a prominent stupa built in 1974 to honor the Third King of Bhutan, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck (1928–1972). This iconic structure, with its golden spires and bells, is a central place of worship for locals and a striking landmark in the city.

Continue to explore other attractions in Thimphu, including monasteries, traditional crafts, and local markets, gaining deeper insight into Bhutanese culture, religion, and daily life.

Day 04: Thimphu – Punakha via Dochula Pass

After breakfast, depart Thimphu and drive towards Punakha, enjoying the scenic landscapes of Bhutan along the way. On a clear day, the route offers stunning views of Bhutan’s high Himalayan peaks, providing a perfect opportunity for photography.

En route, stop at Dochula Pass, situated at 3,100 meters, to visit the Druk Wangyal Chortens. These 108 chortens (stupas) were commissioned by the Eldest Queen Mother, Her Majesty Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuck, as a tribute to Bhutanese soldiers. The site offers a tranquil atmosphere and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, making it one of Bhutan’s most iconic viewpoints.

Day 06: Paro Sightseeing – Tiger’s Nest & Kyichu Lhakhang

After breakfast, embark on a visit to the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Paro Taktsang), perched 900 meters above the Paro Valley. This sacred site is one of Bhutan’s most visited and photographed attractions. According to legend, Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) flew to this cliffside location on the back of a tigress, meditated, and brought Buddhism to Bhutan, giving the monastery its evocative name, “Tiger’s Nest.” Enjoy the spectacular views of the monastery and the surrounding valley during your visit.

In the afternoon, visit Kyichu Lhakhang (Lho Kyichu), one of the oldest and most revered temples in Bhutan. This historic temple, built in the 7th century, is a center of religious devotion and offers insight into Bhutanese spiritual traditions.

By booking with Brothers International Tours & Trading Pte Ltd (the Company), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with us and covers liability limitations and cancellation policies.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes. We will not disclose or sell your information to third parties.

Trip Booking

A contract is formed when you receive a written confirmation after paying the deposit. Check your booking details carefully and notify us of any errors. The name on your booking must match your passport exactly.

Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow.

Cancellation Policy

Over 180 days before departure: No charge

180-90 days: 10% charge

90-30 days: 30% charge

30-15 days: 50% charge

15-7 days: 80% charge

Less than 7 days: No refund

No refunds for unused services or voluntary trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Health and Fitness

You must assess your health and fitness before booking. Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from medical conditions or inability to complete the trip.

Travel Insurance
