The route passes through Annapurna Base Camp, widely regarded as one of the most picturesque base camps in the world, set beneath the world’s tenth-highest mountain, Annapurna I. As climbers ascend toward the summit of Tent Peak, they are rewarded with breathtaking views of Annapurna I, II, III, V, Annapurna South, Gangapurna, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and many other snow-capped peaks.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300 m) – Welcome Dinner
  • Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our Brothers Team representative will meet and greet you, then transfer you to your hotel for check-in and freshening up. After a short rest, your trekking and climbing leader will provide a detailed briefing about the upcoming Tent Peak expedition, including safety protocols, itinerary, and preparations.

    In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a nearby restaurant, giving you a chance to meet your team and fellow climbers.

  • After an early breakfast, embark on a full-day guided tour of Kathmandu Valley, visiting its UNESCO World Heritage Sites including Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), and the Durbar Squares of Kathmandu and Patan. Experience the rich culture, architecture, and spiritual atmosphere of Nepal’s capital.

    In the late afternoon, return to the hotel for final expedition preparations, light shopping, and rest, ensuring everything is ready before beginning the trekking and climbing journey the next day.

  • After breakfast, drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, a scenic city at the gateway to the Annapurna region. The journey takes approximately 6–7 hours, passing through beautiful landscapes, rivers, and traditional Nepali villages.

    Upon arrival in Pokhara, check in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. You can take a relaxing stroll along Phewa Lake or explore the local markets in the evening.

  • After breakfast, drive to Suikhet (950 m), the starting point of your trek. From here, begin your trek to Pothana, gradually ascending through scenic forests, terraced fields, and traditional villages. Enjoy your first experience of the Annapurna region’s natural beauty and local culture.

  • Continue your trek following the trail along rivers, rhododendron forests, and picturesque villages. Today’s journey leads you to New Bridge, offering beautiful views of the surrounding hills and valleys.

  • After breakfast, continue trekking through the stunning Annapurna landscapes, ascending gradually along forested trails and traditional villages. Reach Khuldighar, a charming settlement offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

  • Trek further uphill through alpine terrain, enjoying panoramic views of snow-capped peaks and local villages. Arrive at Himalaya Hotel, a comfortable stopover for the night before moving higher into the mountains.

  • After breakfast, trek through scenic alpine meadows and rugged trails, gradually ascending toward Machhapuchhre Base Camp. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli. This marks your entry into the high Himalayan environment as you prepare for the higher elevations ahead.

  • Continue trekking through the magnificent Annapurna Sanctuary, surrounded by snow-capped peaks.   • Today is the highlight of the expedition—the summit push! Wake up early for a pre-dawn start and climb to the summit of Tharpu Chuli, enjoying panoramic views of Annapurna I, II, III, IV, Machhapuchhre, Gangapurna, and the surrounding Himalayan peaks. After spending time at the summit, descend safely back to Tharpu Chuli Base Camp to rest and celebrate your achievement.

  • After breakfast, begin the descent toward Machhapuchhre Base Camp, retracing your steps through alpine terrain and enjoying the stunning mountain scenery along the way. Take in the peaceful atmosphere as you descend to a lower altitude.

  • Continue your descent through the Annapurna region, passing villages, forests, and rivers on your way back to Himalaya Hotel. Relax in the evening, enjoying the satisfaction of completing the high-altitude trek and climb.

  • After breakfast, begin your descent through terraced fields, forests, and traditional villages toward Chomrong, a picturesque Sherpa settlement. Enjoy the natural beauty and cultural experiences along the way.

  • Continue trekking through rhododendron and oak forests, with occasional glimpses of distant snow-capped peaks. Arrive at Tadapani, a charming village offering panoramic views and a serene Himalayan environment.

  • Trek through lush forests and scenic trails to reach Ghorepani, a high-altitude village known for its beautiful sunrise views over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Rest and prepare for the Poon Hill excursion the next morning, if included.

Trekking and adventure tours in the Himalayan regions carry inherent risks, including severe weather, injury, or even death. While we take every precaution, accidents may still happen. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Please read the following conditions carefully:

By booking with Brothers International Tours & Trading Pte Ltd (the Company), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with us and covers liability limitations and cancellation policies.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes. We will not disclose or sell your information to third parties.

Trip Booking

A contract is formed when you receive a written confirmation after paying the deposit. Check your booking details carefully and notify us of any errors. The name on your booking must match your passport exactly.

Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow.

Cancellation Policy

Over 180 days before departure: No charge

180-90 days: 10% charge

90-30 days: 30% charge

30-15 days: 50% charge

15-7 days: 80% charge

Less than 7 days: No refund

No refunds for unused services or voluntary trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Health and Fitness

You must assess your health and fitness before booking. Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from medical conditions or inability to complete the trip.

Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is mandatory. We recommend comprehensive coverage for all aspects of the trip.

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather, medical issues, or flight delays. Brothers Team reserves the right to modify the schedule.

Visa and Passport

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. It’s your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas. Brothers Team is not responsible for visa issues.

Injuries and Evacuation

We are not liable for injuries or health conditions during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes medical and evacuation coverage.

No refunds or discounts for missed services, including illness, injury, or early departure.
