Welcome to our Nepal Tour! Nepal is a home of Mount Everest (8850m), the highest peak in the world, birth place of Lord Buddha (apostle of peace). Above all, it is located between China in the north and India in the south. Nepal covers 140,800 square km. Therefore, the country can be divided into three different regions: the south, which consists of plains, swamps and forests; the north, which is covered by the Himalaya mountain ranges, comprising eight of the world’s 10 highest mountains and the central area, consisting of the relatively low Himalayan foothills which are home to the capital city Kathmandu.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu | Welcome Dinner

Welcome to the Land of the Himalayas! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will be warmly greeted by our local representative and transferred to your hotel. After a short rest, begin your Nepal tour adventure with a visit to the iconic Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple).
This 2,500-year-old stupa, perched atop a hill, offers breathtaking panoramic views of Kathmandu City and is one of Nepal’s most sacred and historic sites. Enjoy the sunset over the valley, creating a perfect introduction to your journey in Nepal.
Return to the hotel for welcome dinner and overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Kathmandu – Pokhara | View of Mt. Annapurna | Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Pokhara, approximately 200 km west of Kathmandu, taking 5–6 hours through picturesque landscapes, rivers, and traditional villages. A lunch stop en route allows you to relax and enjoy the journey.
Pokhara, the second-largest city of Nepal, is renowned for its breathtaking Himalayan panoramas and serene lakes. From here, you can marvel at the Annapurna Range and the iconic Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) Peak, which towers over the lush valley below.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and take a short rest. Later, enjoy a 1-hour boating experience on Fewa Lake, located within walking distance from your hotel, surrounded by stunning mountain views and tranquil waters.
Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 3: Pokhara – Sarangkot Sunrise – Pokhara | Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

Wake up early in the morning and take a short drive to Sarangkot, one of Nepal’s most iconic viewpoints, to witness a stunning sunrise over the Himalayas. Sarangkot Hill, at an elevation of 1,500 meters, offers panoramic views of snow-capped peaks to the north, as well as breathtaking vistas of Pokhara city and Fewa Lake below.
This experience is considered one of the highlights of the Scenic Nepal Tour, providing unforgettable photo opportunities and serene Himalayan landscapes.
After enjoying the sunrise, return to your hotel in Pokhara for breakfast. The rest of the day is free for relaxation or optional activities around the lake.

Day 4: Pokhara – Kathmandu | Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

After breakfast, depart Pokhara for Kathmandu, approximately 200 kilometers, either by private coach or domestic flight (USD 120, optional). Upon arrival in Kathmandu, check in to your hotel and take a short rest.
In the afternoon, we will visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in the world and a major center of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. Experience the serene atmosphere and observe devotees performing their traditional rituals around this sacred site.
Later, explore a local market, such as Ason Bazaar or New Road, for souvenirs, handicrafts, and local products. The evening is free for leisure or final shopping.

Day 5: Kathmandu – Dhulikhel | Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

After breakfast, we begin the day with a visit to the Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most sacred Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva in the world. Dating back to 400 A.D., the temple is a magnificent example of Nepali pagoda architecture, adorned with intricate carvings and richly ornamented structures. The temple complex houses the sacred Shiva Linga and stands as a symbol of faith, culture, and tradition, offering a unique glimpse into Nepal’s religious heritage.
After exploring Pashupatinath, we proceed to Dhulikhel, a scenic hill town known for its panoramic views of the Himalayan range and tranquil surroundings. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and take in the breathtaking vistas of the mountains and valley below.

Day 6: Dhulikhel – Kathmandu Airport – Fly Home | Meals: Breakfast

Wake up early and enjoy a breathtaking sunrise over the Himalayas from the balcony of your resort room, where all rooms offer panoramic mountain and sunrise views.
After a leisurely breakfast, check out and drive approximately 1 hour to Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu for your onward flight home.
Bid farewell to Nepal, taking with you cherished memories of its majestic mountains, serene landscapes, and rich cultural heritage.

The Contract

By booking with Brothers International Tours & Trading Pte Ltd (the Company), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with us and covers liability limitations and cancellation policies.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes. We will not disclose or sell your information to third parties.

Trip Booking

A contract is formed when you receive a written confirmation after paying the deposit. Check your booking details carefully and notify us of any errors. The name on your booking must match your passport exactly.

Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow.

Cancellation Policy

Over 180 days before departure: No charge

180-90 days: 10% charge

90-30 days: 30% charge

30-15 days: 50% charge

15-7 days: 80% charge

Less than 7 days: No refund

No refunds for unused services or voluntary trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Health and Fitness

You must assess your health and fitness before booking. Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from medical conditions or inability to complete the trip.

Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is mandatory. We recommend comprehensive coverage for all aspects of the trip.

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather, medical issues, or flight delays. Brothers Team reserves the right to modify the schedule.

Visa and Passport

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. It’s your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas. Brothers Team is not responsible for visa issues.

Injuries and Evacuation

We are not liable for injuries or health conditions during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes medical and evacuation coverage.

Unused Services

No refunds or discounts for missed services, including illness, injury, or early departure.
