Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300 m)

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our local representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and some rest, time permitting, you may enjoy a short city tour of Kathmandu to get your first glimpse of the vibrant culture and heritage of Nepal.

After breakfast, take a scenic domestic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara, Nepal’s beautiful lakeside city. Pokhara is known for its stunning views of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) ranges, as well as its serene Phewa Lake.

Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy leisure time to explore Pokhara, or take a short walk along the lakeside promenade. This day provides an excellent opportunity to relax and prepare for the trekking adventure ahead.

After breakfast, we drive from Pokhara to Nayapul, the traditional starting point of the Annapurna Base Camp trek. From Nayapul, we continue to Ulleri Village (1,950 m / 6,398 ft), a scenic settlement known for its traditional Gurung culture and terraced hillsides.

The journey allows you to gradually adjust to higher altitudes while enjoying the lush landscapes of the Annapurna region. Upon arrival in Ulleri, you can explore the village and rest for the night.

Today we begin our trek from Ulleri Village to Ghorepani (2,850 m / 9,350 ft). The trail involves a steady ascent through rhododendron and oak forests, with stone steps and terraced hillsides along the way.

Ghorepani is a picturesque village offering stunning panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Upon arrival, you can explore the village and enjoy the sunset over the surrounding peaks, making it a perfect spot to rest and acclimatize.

Early in the morning, we hike to Poon Hill (3,210 m / 10,531 ft) to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, one of the most iconic views in Nepal. After soaking in the panoramic vistas and taking photos, we descend back to Ghorepani for breakfast.

Following breakfast, the trek continues through lush forests of rhododendron and oak to reach Tadapani (2,650 m / 8,694 ft). Along the trail, enjoy spectacular mountain views and serene landscapes while passing through traditional villages.

Today we trek from Tadapani to Chhomrong (2,170 m / 7,119 ft), a picturesque Gurung village nestled in the heart of the Annapurna region. The trail descends through lush forests, crossing streams and terraced fields, before gradually climbing again as we approach Chhomrong.

Chhomrong is an important stop on the trek, offering stunning views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) and Annapurna South, as well as a glimpse into the local Gurung culture. This is also a great place to rest and acclimatize before the higher sections of the trek.

Today we trek from Chhomrong to Bamboo (2,310 m / 7,580 ft), passing through dense forests of rhododendron, bamboo, and oak. The trail involves a combination of descents and gradual ascents, offering beautiful views of the Modi Khola River valley along the way.

Bamboo is a small, serene settlement that provides a quiet and comfortable stopover. It is an ideal place to rest, enjoy the natural surroundings, and prepare for the higher sections of the trek ahead.

Today we trek from Dovan to Deurali (3,230 m / 10,597 ft), steadily ascending through lush forests, rocky trails, and alpine landscapes. The trail gradually becomes steeper as we approach Deurali, marking the beginning of the higher altitude section of the trek.

Deurali is an important acclimatization stop, offering stunning views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) and Annapurna South, as well as a chance to rest and prepare for the final push to Machhapuchhre Base Camp and Annapurna Base Camp.

Trekking Time: Approx. 6 hours

Today we trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 m / 13,550 ft), a journey of approximately 6 hours. The trail gradually ascends through rocky paths, moraine landscapes, and alpine meadows, offering breathtaking views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) along the way.

Upon arrival at Annapurna Base Camp, you are rewarded with a stunning amphitheater of snow-capped peaks, making this one of the most spectacular trekking destinations in the world. Overnight stay at Annapurna Base Camp allows you to rest and fully enjoy the surrounding high-altitude scenery.

Today we trek from Annapurna Base Camp to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700 m / 12,139 ft). The trail involves a gradual descent through alpine meadows and glacial landscapes, offering panoramic views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli.

This section allows trekkers to relax after the high-altitude experience at ABC while continuing to enjoy the majestic Himalayan scenery. Machhapuchhre Base Camp provides a serene and scenic spot for an overnight stay, perfect for acclimatization and reflection on the trek so far.

Today we begin the descent from Machhapuchhre Base Camp to Jhinu Danda (1,780 m / 5,840 ft). The trail passes through lush forests, terraced fields, and charming villages, offering scenic views along the way.

Jhinu Danda is famous for its natural hot springs, where trekkers can relax and rejuvenate sore muscles after days of trekking. This is a perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy the serene Himalayan surroundings before continuing the return journey.

Today we trek from Jhinu Danda to Nayapul, enjoying a pleasant downhill walk through forests and villages. Upon arrival at Nayapul, we transfer by vehicle back to Pokhara, where you can relax and enjoy the lakeside city atmosphere.

The remainder of the day is free for leisure, shopping, or sightseeing, providing a perfect opportunity to reflect on your Annapurna trekking adventure.

After breakfast, enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour of Pokhara. Highlights include:

  • Devi’s (David) Fall, a stunning waterfall cascading into a deep gorge.

  • Tibetan Refugee Camp, where you can observe traditional Tibetan handicrafts and culture.

  • Boating on Phewa Lake for approximately one hour, enjoying serene views of the lake and the surrounding Himalayan peaks, including Machhapuchhre (Fishtail).

The afternoon is free to explore Pokhara at your own pace before an overnight stay at your hotel.

After breakfast, take a scenic domestic flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu’s cultural highlights:

  • Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world and a center of Tibetan culture and spirituality.

Trekking and adventure tours in the Himalayan regions carry inherent risks, including severe weather, injury, or even death. While we take every precaution, accidents may still happen. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Please read the following conditions carefully:

The Contract

By booking with Brothers International Tours & Trading Pte Ltd (the Company), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with us and covers liability limitations and cancellation policies.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes. We will not disclose or sell your information to third parties.

Trip Booking

A contract is formed when you receive a written confirmation after paying the deposit. Check your booking details carefully and notify us of any errors. The name on your booking must match your passport exactly.

Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow.

Cancellation Policy

Over 180 days before departure: No charge

180-90 days: 10% charge

90-30 days: 30% charge

30-15 days: 50% charge

15-7 days: 80% charge

Less than 7 days: No refund

No refunds for unused services or voluntary trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Health and Fitness

You must assess your health and fitness before booking. Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from medical conditions or inability to complete the trip.

Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is mandatory. We recommend comprehensive coverage for all aspects of the trip.

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather, medical issues, or flight delays. Brothers Team reserves the right to modify the schedule.

Visa and Passport

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. It’s your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas. Brothers Team is not responsible for visa issues.

Injuries and Evacuation

We are not liable for injuries or health conditions during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes medical and evacuation coverage.

Unused Services

No refunds or discounts for missed services, including illness, injury, or early departure.
