Begin your journey at the sacred Dambulla Cave Temples, climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, witness majestic elephant herds in Minneriya National Park, and unwind on the golden beaches of Bentota. Your adventure concludes in the historic coastal city of Galle, renowned for its beautifully preserved fortified port and colonial charm.

Day 1: Colombo – Negombo

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative. Transfer to your beach hotel in Negombo, a charming coastal town known for its sandy beaches and fishing villages.

The rest of the day is at leisure to relax after your flight or enjoy a gentle walk along the beach.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built by King Walagambahu in the 1st century BC. This remarkable complex of five caves houses over 150 Buddha statues, including the largest reclining Buddha image, along with stunning wall paintings and frescoes.

In the afternoon, continue to Polonnaruwa, another UNESCO World Heritage Site and the second ancient capital of Sri Lanka dating back to the 11th and 12th centuries. Explore the impressive ruins of the Royal Palace, Audience Hall, Lotus Bath, and the monumental Parakrama Samudraya reservoir built by King Parakramabahu.

Visit the famous Gal Viharaya, featuring magnificent rock-carved Buddha statues in standing, seated, and reclining postures, as well as other sacred monuments including Watadage, Lankatilake, Kiri Vehera, Galpotha, the Shiva Temple, and the remains of the Temple of the Tooth Relic.

Return to Sigiriya for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site dating back to the 5th century, built by King Kashyapa (477–495 AD). Also known as Lion Rock, this ancient citadel is famed for its water gardens, frescoes, mirror wall, and breathtaking panoramic views from the summit.

Continue your journey towards Kandy, stopping en route at Matale to visit a Hindu temple, a batik factory, and a spice garden, where you’ll learn about Sri Lanka’s world-famous spices and their uses.

Arrive in Kandy, the last royal capital of Sri Lanka and its cultural heart. Kandy is renowned for the annual Esala Perahera, a grand pageant featuring elaborately decorated elephants, traditional dancers, drummers, and performers.

Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, stroll around Kandy Lake and the Upper Lake Drive, and explore the bustling Kandy Market area. In the evening, enjoy a traditional cultural dance show, including thrilling fire dancing performances.

After breakfast, visit the Royal Botanical Gardens of Peradeniya, renowned for its extensive collection of exotic plants, orchids, palms, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

Continue to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you can observe elephants in a natural setting as they are fed, cared for, and bathed in the nearby river—a memorable wildlife experience.

In the late afternoon, depart for Colombo, Sri Lanka’s vibrant commercial capital. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning at your hotel. In the afternoon, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Colombo, Sri Lanka’s dynamic capital city where modern development blends seamlessly with colonial charm.

Highlights include the 100-year-old Clock Tower, British-era colonial buildings, the bustling Pettah Bazaar for bargain shopping, visits to a Hindu and Buddhist temple, and residential areas showcasing elegant stately homes. Continue to the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, a landmark gifted to Sri Lanka by the People’s Republic of China.

Conclude your journey with a shopping tour of Colombo before transferring to Bandaranaike International Airport for your onward departure, marking the end of your memorable Sri Lankan adventure.

Trekking and adventure tours in the Himalayan regions carry inherent risks, including severe weather, injury, or even death. While we take every precaution, accidents may still happen. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Please read the following conditions carefully:

The Contract

By booking with Brothers International Tours & Trading Pte Ltd (the Company), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with us and covers liability limitations and cancellation policies.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes. We will not disclose or sell your information to third parties.

Trip Booking

A contract is formed when you receive a written confirmation after paying the deposit. Check your booking details carefully and notify us of any errors. The name on your booking must match your passport exactly.

Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow.

Cancellation Policy

Over 180 days before departure: No charge

180-90 days: 10% charge

90-30 days: 30% charge

30-15 days: 50% charge

15-7 days: 80% charge

Less than 7 days: No refund

No refunds for unused services or voluntary trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Health and Fitness

You must assess your health and fitness before booking. Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from medical conditions or inability to complete the trip.

Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is mandatory. We recommend comprehensive coverage for all aspects of the trip.

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather, medical issues, or flight delays. Brothers Team reserves the right to modify the schedule.

Visa and Passport

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. It’s your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas. Brothers Team is not responsible for visa issues.

Injuries and Evacuation

We are not liable for injuries or health conditions during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes medical and evacuation coverage.

Unused Services

No refunds or discounts for missed services, including illness, injury, or early departure.

Responsible Tourism

We promote responsible tourism and expect travelers to respect local communities and the environment.
